HP proliant BL460c G1 Firmware Upgrade

Can anyone let me know what are the steps to do a firmware upgrade on HP proliant BL460c G1. is there any documents for the same ? what all the components should be upgraded in the order .

Depending on the installed OS, you may be able to upgrade the BIOS firmware online (still requires a reboot afterwards).  You could also use the Service Pack for ProLiant might be your best bet as it should allow you to update all firmware in one shot.  Here's HP's support page for this blade:
