How to disable one port in HBA Card ?!

We have a new blade - 460c G9 attached to C7000, 2 qlogic dual port HBA cards are installed.

What is the process to disable just one port on one card ?

OS is RHEL

I am thinking you may have to do this at the switch level.  What type of interconnect are the ports connected to?

Its Flex10 at the backend.  Not sure of upstream switch after that.

How to do this at Flex10 level ?

Basically, I am trying to disable the following port which is "down" -

HBA Model QMH2572 SN: MY55150WX4

      1: Port   2: WWPN: 50-01-43-80-31-80-DE-A6 Link Down

      2: Port   1: WWPN: 50-06-0B-00-00-C2-66-4C Online

   HBA Model QMH2572 SN: MY55180XT5

      3: Port   1: WWPN: 50-06-0B-00-00-C2-66-48 Online

      4: Port   2: WWPN: 50-06-0B-00-00-C2-66-4A Online

You may be able to do something with the QLogic SANsurfer tool if its available for RedHat.  I am not sure though.
