Hyper V 2012 R2 Networking Issue Over Proliant Blade 685c G7

Hi There,

I have Proliant Blade Bl685c G7 and with 4 Ethernet FlexNIC and I have Installed windows Server 2012 R2 Standard on it. Windows Installation worked Good and I have also Get the Managment IP for the Server and with This Ip I can Access the Server Remotely also.

But In my Enviroment NIC Teaming is Disabled and also When i create the External Switch in the Hyper V Virtaul Switch Manager , i can't provide the IP or Network To the VM'S on the Hyper V.

Can someone please Direct me to the Right Documents, Drivers , software regaiding to this Issue.
