Memory Error threshold exceeded error
Hi,
We are getting "Corrected Memory Error threshold exceeded ((Processor 1, Memory Module 5))" on one of our HP 465c-G7 blade server.
Can anyone help us in this & why we are getting this error

hi,
You recieve this error, because the dimm 5 on CPU1 has a corrected error. Replace the dimm and the message should not occure anymore.

Hi There,
That's the pre-failure warning. However, I would suggest to check for known issues and system bios version first.
For more info on memory protection technology, please refer the following HP technical Paper

If system bios is latest and we don't have any known issue for specific module / server etc. you may consider this DIMM for replacement.
