Power off blades. Of the 8 blades off 2-3, moreover, the upper.

In OA System log:  Blade in bay 8 has been powered down
Blade in bay 8 has been powered on
Blade 8 has been allocated 281 watts but iLO is reporting the blade is powered off. 

To restart you have to pull out the blade and back to install.
