Some help from Hiro:
**************
What version of hpvsa does your customer use?
The latest driver may solve the issue.
Advisory: HP ProLiant Gen8 Servers: HP Dynamic Smart Array B120i/B320i Controllers - HP Dynamic Smart Array Controller Driver (hpvsa) Versions 1.2.4-3 and 1.2.4-4 May Cause High Load Averages and CPU Utilization Under Linux
Hope this helps.
