bl460c Gen9 - BIOS has corrupted hw-PMU Error?

Hello,

getting this Error on our new bl460c Gen9 Servers: [0.156798] [Firmware Bug]: the BIOS has corrupted hw-PMU resources (MSR 38d is 330)

Already running latest BIOS: I36 v2.0 (12/28/2015)

Any Ideas what's causing this?

And could it be related to the IML Errors I get? (See attached Screenshot)

Hope someone here can help me on this.
