performance bottleneck using broadcom on bl460 gen9 / SLES

has anybody observed similar malfunctions in a related environment:

1. 630 FLB
2. flexnics in use
3. bonds are defined whose members are flexxnics of same physical port
4. traffic injection through a specified bond
5. severe performance bottlenecks are observed in send direction towards an LDAP client
6. injecting traffic on different LAN interfaces significantly increases CPU load
7. interrupts distribution using irqbalance does not work
