upgrade firmware of a BL870c i4

Hi

I am trying to upgrade the firmware of the BL870c i4 , using the HP SUM update software 7.6.0 that I have downloaded into a windows server 2008. I cannot find a setup file for HP SUM update, but I did found a binary file that loads a web page, where is says ILO Federated Update. From there I did enter the IP and credencials of the ILO, but it cannot connect.

I´ve seen a video on youtube on how to update the firmware but using HP SUM update version 5.0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=78w4Eload2k, which does not mention ILOFederated Update.

For discovery, enter the OA address and credentials.

If you have a contract for your system (needed for download too), you may consider to ask HPE for help.

At this stage my company still does not have a contract or (SAID) so I cannot download  that

its a recent (week) acquisition, its not under contract yet.

Once this is solved, you should be able to download the files.

I´ve manage to dowload the required software (HP SUM update plus the firmware), but for some reason I am not able to connect eventhough I am able to ping:

You should specify the OA as a target first, from there SUM will discover the ILOs.
