using NC542m and BLc Brocade 804 8Gb in BL460c G8 ?
Hi
Is it possible to use HP NC542m Dual Port Flex-10 10GbE BL-c Adapter (539857-B21) and HP BLc Brocade 804 8Gb Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter (590647-B21) in BL460C Gen8 ?

The parts you indicated in your question are actually for use in the HP ProLiant BL460c G7 (and below).
These parts are considered Type 1 Mezzanine options. The BL460c G8 Mezzanine connectors are now designated Type A or Type B and are totally different design and not interchangeable. This is due in part ( I have been told by HP) to the PCI 3.0 lanes from the installed processor chip. The memory used in this G8 Blade server is new as well and can't accept the memory from the G7 Blades. Also, an important change with the BL460c G8 server. In order to use the second Mezzanine connector you MUST have the second Processor installed.
