SB40c question when used with full-height blades.

All,

I have seen exchanges regarding the fact that the SB40c has a coupler that allows a half-height server to occupy the bay above it when the SB40c is connected to a full-height server.  In this configuration, I'm assuming that the SB40c cannot be serviced (removed from the enclosure bay) due to the half-height server "riding" on it without shutting down the half-height server.  Correct?  Just need to verify.  Thanks
