Can not create a domain

Hi folks

 

I have C7000 with on OA fw version 3.71 and two HP 1/10Gb Virtual Connect Ethernet Module for c-Class BladeSystem with fw 1.24. The VC modules have an error can not communicate with OA. When I try to create a domain I do not get past General Settings. I have tried to upgrade the VC fw to version 230 which fails.

 

Any thoughts on how I can get the domain created or the fw upgraded?
