Disable port 21 on Virtual Connect-FlexFabric?
Keith needed info for a customer question:
***********
Got the following from a customer regarding the VC-FF modules:
Do you know a way of disabling port 21 on the HP Virtual Connects our port scanners don’t like that the port is open ? They are the HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module’s running firmware 4.01
Any feedback welcome and appreciated!

Input from Fred:
***************
That port (FTP)was used for VC firmware updates among other things. VC 4.10 removes reliance on FTP. Once you’ve upgraded to 4.10, the FTP port will be closed (except when opened for short periods during upgrades of down-rev firmware).
