Problem adding new HP VC Flex-10 Enet Module to C3000

Hello,

We currently have a HP C3000 with a VC Flex-10 Enet Module installed in interconnect bay 1 running firmware version 4.30. We have recently purchased another module and placed it in interconnect bay 2 which is running firmware version 2.12. Currently VCM is reporting that it is incompatible due to the firmware which I also assume is preventing the stacking links from working. When I attempt to run VCSU and update the firmware I am recieving the following error:

I have attempted to reset the VCM and also reset the second module with no change. Please help!
