will BL460c G8 RAm wokrs on BL460c G7

How to know  this ram module from BL460c G8  with part number 672631-B21" HP 16GB 2Rx4 PC3-12800R-11 Kit' will work with  BL460c G7 server?

No, Gen8 servers have special Smart Memory which is not supported in older generation of servers.
It might work, but its definitely not supported.
