HPE Romania - Wellness team initiatives
Bucharest is hosting one of the biggest global operations centers of HPE, with more than 1000 employees spread across the main operational functions of the company.
With such a large number of employees, engagement is at the core of the site leadershipโs priorities and this is where the Wellness team steps in. The team is comprised of 7 enthusiastic volunteers who work across three main pillars: Physical Wellness, Stress management and Financial Wellness.
The programs they run are open for all HPE employees and they vary from Running Competitions, Swimming Lessons, Trekking Adventures to Motivational Speeches, Financial Workshops and Yoga Classes.
Throughout the many initiatives our team of volunteers has put together, one stands out as an overall celebration of healthy habits: The Wellness Open Week.
The team brought together personal trainers, doctors, dance instructors, painting teachers and kineto-gym assistants to assess overall fitness and health level of the employees.
The results? Pictures speak for themselves!
