HPE Young Employee Network (YEN) welcomes HPE managers to the "Meet the Management" event

Meet the management1.jpg

The Young Employee Network (YEN) is an Employee Resource Group (ERG) which is focused on young talents at HPE. The aim is to connect with executives, to strengthen team building and to expand knowledge through workshops. The YEN is common all over HPE and will develop a new generation of leaders.

Meet the management2.pngGermany records ten ERGs spread over the country, whereby four are YENs. Boeblingen is the largest office in Germany and has close to 150 YEN members. Besides Workshops like Aruba Portfolio and team building events we introduced “Meet the Management”.

At the “Meet the Management” events we invite HPE managers to chat with our YEN members outside of working hours. At the beginning of the event the manager gives a short introduction of his or her career path followed by lessons learned.

Participating members may remember them when they have to handle similar situations in their young career one day. Additionally, the manager gives them other valuable tips and answers any upcoming question of our YEN members.

We were really pleased to already have welcomed Aron Precht (Vice President, Global Industries and Strategic Alliances, Germany), Rainer Friedling (Director Global Shared Delivery DACH and Russia), Heiko Meyer (Managing Director Hewlett Packard Enterprise Germany, Vice President Global Sales DACH and Russia) and Menno Harms (Chairman of the Supervisory Board, former Managing Director Hewlett Packard Germany). We’re looking forward to welcome other manager @ “Meet the Management”.
