2 EVA 4400 with embeded switch 40 km between sites.

Good day all, could you help me to design solution with 2 EVA continuous access. I've choose 4400 with emb swith but as option for long distance I see only
HP 8Gb Long Wave B-series 10km FC SFP+ 1 Pack
AJ717A
and no other LW trancievers for 30-35km.
Will it work at 40km at low speed for example 2,1 Gb/sec.
Or its impossible and I need use something like WDM technology.
