2 SAN Sw OK, but LUN mappings on the MSA2000 not working with hosts on the other sw.
Hi all i have interconnected 4 SAN Switches 2 by 2 with both windows and VMWARE 3.5 ESX hosts.
Switch 1:
HostVM1 \
HostVM2 > --- these are the VMWARE hosts,
HostVM3 / working good with MSA1000 LUNS.
MSA1000 <-- with virtual storages OK

Re: 2 SAN Sw OK, but LUN mappings on the MSA2000 not working with hosts on the other sw.
sry, didn't post the real question...
the real question is:
on min after extending the fabric i saw the WWNs of the hosts on Sw1 in the MSA volume mappings and mapped a volume to an host.
The host (without rebooting, cause the VMWARE experts told me this is not needed) is not seeing the LUN, even when they rescan on the HBA's.
But, the VMWARE host view the MSA2212fc as mapped node on the port....
What could it be?
Thanks in advance.
