If I plug a 4 gig GBIC into a 2 gig StorageWorks 2/16 SAN switch (aka Brocade 3850) will it automatically "dial down" to 2 Gbps? In other words, will the 4 Gbps GBIC work in a 2 Gbps port?
P.S. The 4 Gbps I'm talking about is this:
