43 REDUNDANCY FAILED HARDWARE FAILURE

Hi experts,

We have MSA 1500 CS, after a power outage I get the message: 43 REDUNDANCY FAILED HARDWARE FAILURE

I tried the procedure see below.
Error 43 I still got.

Error While either attempting to enter redundant mode or already operating in redundant mode, one of the array controllers encountered a hardware failure on the communication channel between the two array controllers. Redundancy is disabled at this time.  When the MSA1000 is currently involved in host I/O, remove the standby array controller, wait 10 seconds, and then reinsert it insuring that it is fully seated in the chassis.

When this does not resolve the issue then wait until down-time is available. Power off the MSA1500 cs, remove both array controllers and reinsert them insuring they are fully seated in the chassis.
Should the issue persist contact HP support.
