Add enclosure in a EVA 8100 replicating with another EVA 8100

Hello,

i have to add an enclosure to an EVA 8100 with two enclosures. EVA 8100 is replicating with another EVA 8100.

What is the procedure ???? the adding will i have shutdown the EVA 8100. I have to do anything in a Continous Access ????

The enclosure can be added online (should be done by somebody with experience, though) and nothing need to be done with CA - it replicates virtual disks and does not care about enclosure details (good thing).

I have to do anything in RSM or Continuos Access with the jobs replicating ?????

For nice handling, you could indeed suspend replication before shutting down the system.
Do you use RSM to control CA?

OK, so maybe you want to suspend RSM job scheduling during the EVA maintenance. It's been a while since I looked at RSM, so I'm not sure it is that easy. Otherwise you could disable affected jobs or just stop the whole RSM service while the EVA is down.
