All Disks in Enclosures in EVA 4400 are showing Operational state as "One Loop connection Lost".

I've replaced two failed disks which are appearing under Ungroup disks, and attempts to group them keeps failing and my allocation is now 94% and is becoming a concern as per below.

Can someone please help with this?

Re: All Disks in Enclosures in EVA 4400 are showing Operational state as "One Loop connection L

Hi,

Looking at the screenshots, one loop is disrupted on this array. EVA4400 has one loop pair 1A & 1B for redundant backend paths to installed drives.

Unfortunately, with one loop disrupted, we could not group any drive to a disk group.

It would be best to reach HPE support with LEDs status on IO modules, P1-P2 ports, and latest log file including Controller Event log, controller configuration dump log and controller termination event log. You may review steps to collect log file at:

Hi,

Additionally, I see occupancy set thresholds are crossed (hence, Critical) and at 94% currently.

It would be good idea to maintain space occupancy below this value (preferrably 90% and lower). The backend space is utilized for variety of manitenance activity including reconstruction, migration, levelling etc.

if it helps, HPE support could be reached via available options at:
