Hi,

I found event log error message.

An exchange sent to a physical disk drive or another HSV300 controller via the mirror port or a Fibre Channel port has timed out

What it is mean.

Is any thing critical

Hi, I've seen this on lots of EVAs and unless it is happening a great deal on one specific disk or enclosure it's probably nothing to worry about.

Its exactly what the messages says.In most of the cases its related to hardware (cable or drives). But there are also some firmware related issues around, especially on older releases of XCS. Check with the support center to make sure the system remains stable. A single event is nothing you should worry, but a lot of them can cause performance drops or worse...

I've had this error too. It turned out that there was dropped frames between one of the hard disk dropped frames and one of the controller.

Altought, the drive was not marked as ''predictive failure'' or ''failed'' there was indeed a problem.

I ungrouped the disk, replaced it with a new one and re-grouped it.

It solved the issue.
