Another Disk Grp Leveling Question - EVA

Anyone know... If you are leveling a disk group out because of newly added disks and its humming along is it NORMAL or expected that the LEVELING PERCENTAGE drops because of increased disk group activity. This happened to us and im wondering if anyone else has seen this behavior.

The EVA sometimes does some undocumented I/O load optimization - maybe that has happened and the data distribution was restarted.
