Battery cache error after replacement in EVA8400
Dear,
I am trying to replace 2 bad Battery caches in a production environment. After several attempts of replace per new battery parts, Both news parts come dirctely in fault state after replace procedure. I have tryed to replace the Controller Enclosure but problem persists.
Does anyone have any idea / document to solve this problem?
Thanks a lot,
Marco Lima

Re: Battery cache error after replacement in EVA8400
I correct procedure must be:
1) Order new batteries
2) Take the bad batteries out (on-line)
3) Wait minimal 20 seconds but maxium 2 minuts (so 30 seconds) !
4) Press all the new batteries in place (on-line)
