Boot from SAN
Hi Experts,
Can anybody share the latest document on Boot from SAN supported servers. I have downloaded a pdf from the following link, but it seems to be too old (2004).
http://www.docs.hp.com/en/7408/HPUXSANBootWP_final_v2_update.pdf
Can anybody help me to find the updated one.
Thanks
Bensi

Re: Boot from SAN
Pls visit the SPOCK website, login and drill down to those HBA's you listed.

It depends on the OS, array type , HBA f/w etc etc if you want to have an answer on the above question.
The AB379A (QLA2462) does support boot from SAN but you need to look at the config you want to use it in to see if that particular one is supported or not.
