CA LUN size limits
Hi,
We run a mix of EVA6400, 4400 and are about to put in some P6500s. In preparation for a site move I've been sanity checking our DR position and have come across a knotty problem.
All our volumes are replicated with CA between EVAs except one volume that is 10TB in size and presented to a Microsoft Cluster. Am I correct in thinking that 2TB is the maximum volume size that can be replicated with CA?
If this is the case, has anyone any experience of other products that I may use to replicate this volume?

Re: CA LUN size limits
Hi Tim,
I'm sure I'll be corrected here soon if I'm wrong but I believe the restriction is not with CA but with the EVA's.
You wont be able to replicate the 10tb lun because your 4400 can only support single LUN's to a maximum size of 2tb. The 6400 however goes up to 32tb.
Hope this helps.

Re: CA LUN size limits
The 10TB is on a 6400 and ideally I'd like it replicated to another 6400.
