Hi, I suppose that this server is connected to a MSA1000 or MSA1500cs.
Can you check what firmware version is it running?
Please open a case with HP support and ask if they can elevate this and get you firmware 5.22 or 7.02.

Do you have a case reference for the firmware upgrade? I am experiencing the same problem on a Proliant DL385 G2 built using Smartstart 7.90, with the 7.90A PSP, Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 SP2 and all hotfixes.

I get several of the above entry in the system log every few seconds.

I have logged a case with HP but they insist there's no later firmware than the 7.00 the MSA is already running.

We exp. the same problem. In our case the server was per accident configured as Linux server in stead of Windows in Selective Storage Presentation. Turning the server to Windows server solved the problem...

Per John K's post. Fixed our issue.

Download the 6.2.0.32 for 32bit or 6.2.0.64 for 64 bit windows CPQFCAC driver.

Go to the "storage fibre channel" section.
