Re: Cache Battery Modules : Operational State: Failed and Charger State: Failed

Hi,

considering that the "Operational State" is "Good" - and I presume you can still access the LUNs - it's a fairly safe bet that your batteries haven't actually failed.

There are many improvements in the XCS code that relates to the batteries.

Re: Cache Battery Modules : Operational State: Failed and Charger State: Failed

Hi, if your batteries were all broken your servers would not be able to access the LUNs.

You can find videos how to replace batteries on HP's Service Media Library, here: http://h20464.www2.hp.com/index.html
