Can not access command view EVA
Hi,
One of our customer certainly face some disk is not accessible which was presented from EVA4400. Then we checked the storage EVA4400 and found some vdisk shows failed but the media status was accessible. Then we re gorup this disk and add two 450 GB disk. The eva status was reforming.
Few hours back when we tried to login to Command view EVA it failed to open.
What can I do in this stage for manage the EVA?
Aungshu

Re: Can not access command view EVA
Did you restart the server running the Command View software?
Or at least restart the Command View service?
Sounds like you might be experiencing some other issues... it might be best to get a ticket opened up with support... assuming you have a support agreement in place.
