Can someone PLEASE provide me with HP SVSP patch 3.04?

I need HP SVSP patch 3.04.  We are currently running 3.0 and I cannot find any patches to get it recent to 3.04.  Please don't tell me to contact my HP rep.  Can someone just attach it or if you are HP I will gladly work with you offline to receive it!
