Can't group disk - "Operation failed!"

Hi,

For some reason the disk got out of array and I am unable to group it. It does not provide information on what is wrong about grouping, just says - "Operation failed!" after clicking on "Group". Please see three pictures attached in a zip. Thanks

Usually it is not needed but wait for the leveling to finish, currently the disk group appears with available space = 0.

BTW: You have 4181 out of 4608 GB used, so Disk Failure Protection has switched to NONE now.

The only problem is that the "Transition state: Leveling" stays forever, fluctuating from around 10% . :-(

Then maybe you need to place a call to HP and get someone to perform a resync on the controllers.

The leveling % progress should be increasing.
