Can't update firmware MSA2324fc

Dear all,

I just tried to update my MSA2324fc firmware by following the steps on the reference guide. I used the ftp utility from my command prompt. Instead, when i tried to put the firmware file, there was some notifications:

200 Port set okay
425 Can't build data connection
426 Data connection error

Can anybody explain this?

Hi Catherine,

I had the same problem. After I powered off the MSA completely and restarted it, I could upload the new firmware.
Maybe it helps in the same way with your problem.
