I cannot access Proliant DL380 G5 San Storage Server (ILO / Ping etc.)

Can i powerdown machine and reboot without affecting SAN Shares?

Well.

Is the DL380 still sharing SAN-shares?

If so, yes, they will go offline during the reboot.
