Cannot discover EVA8400 on Windows Srv 2003

Dear guys,

I'm a newbie with EVA Storage System and today I encounter a problem that I need ur help.
I installed a Windows 2003 Enterprise SP2 OS to be a SMA for managing EVA8400.
But, when I open CV EVA(Version 9.3), I cannot discover EVA8400 :(

I search some infor about this on Internet and I look that I must install some Windows Patch.
Can u suggest me for solve this problem?

May I know which HBA is used on the SMA. If it is a Brocade 8GB one, then the below information could help:

f the management server is running Microsoft Windows 2003 and has Brocade 8Gb HBAs installed, HP Command View EVA 9.1 may not display any arrays. Brocade 8Gb HBA with Windows 2003 requires the Windows hotfix KB945119 to support HP Command View EVA 9.1.

Your Windows Machine needs to have its FC-HBAs zoned with the EVA8400's XCS controllers before it can "see" and discover the array under CommandView.

If it is indeed zoned and still you cannot see the EVA -- then pay attention to the caveat if you aer using an 8Gbit FC HBA.

Also, your SMA cannot be a virtual server.

U're right, my HBA is Brocade and I zone this SMA with EVA84000.
Thx for ur hotfix that u sent, I will install on SMA and reply the result.
