Check EVA Version with No CV
Had a client get hit with Ransomware, and their Command View server went down.
There are not sure what version CV or EVA os they were running so struggling to get him correct CV version.
Is there a way from CLI maybe on EVA we can get OS version so we can line proper CV to re-install?

Re: Check EVA Version with No CV
There is another Command View instance on the management module.
Connect to it and check.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Check EVA Version with No CV
Okay and that will be just using the mgmt IP of the array or is that located on the service port?
Pardon ignorance as not familiar with EVAs.
Thank you,

Re: Check EVA Version with No CV
The only ethernet port is on the management module.
Service ports are RJ45, but serial.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
