Command View 10.1 no managment group !

Hi,

On my managment server (mannap) i can log and manage my array, all work fine.

But when i try to login to Command View from my desktop on the 1st floor via Internet Explorer or Firefox, i get the login screen but no Management Group name like that :

Management Group :

I install the certificat with the same result, no management group seen.

Can someone help please.

What thing can be blocking a remote session of Internet Explorer from viewing the Management Group ?!!?

Did you check the following:

- Temporary disable FW on the CV system

- Proxy settings

- Updated Flashplayer ?

- Are there other systems that are able / unable to connect to CV ?

we've got the same problem.

it's a Firewall problem, when i disable it on the manap, everything works perfectly.

in fact i've done an exclusion on ports 2372 and 2374, but it seems CVIEW use secondary connexions or additionnal ports.
