Command View EVA connection very slow!

Hi experts out there,

Anyone experienced slow Command View EVA?The CV EVA is running with Version: 10.1.0.120411.

Try to access from the ABM but it looks ok.

KIndly assist on what is the possible reason that cause this?

hello, could you try the performance from another computer - to isolate computer issue?

Unfortunately our customer have only one Storage Management Server.What is your recommendation/possibilities if it is not a problem from the Management Server itself?

please

1-restart service your command view on the services os.

2- change your browser for example use the chorme.

3-restart your server

have a good time.

Btw - CV can be installed generally on any win server - try it just temporary...
