Command View is not able to see WWNs of the blades

We recently replaced a c7000 enclosure that was connected to an EVA4400 and all communicated was just fine. Afte replacing the enclosure, I reconfigred OA and Virtual Connect, but now the EVA does not see any of the blade (BL460c G6) WWNs except of the 1st one in Bay 1.

At first we weren't able to see ANY of the WWNs in Command View, but after disabling the zoning on the conrollers, we were able to see the WWN of the first blade.

Here is the output from "switchshow" command on one of the controllers (outputs are identical):
EVA4400_left:admin> switchshow
switchName: EVA4400_left
switchType: 70.3
switchState: Online
switchMode: Native
switchRole: Principal
switchDomain: 10
switchId: fffc0a
switchWwn: 10:00:00:05:1e:c8:bc:df
zoning: OFF
switchBeacon: OFF

Port 2 is the one that shows the WWN of the blade in Bay 1.

CV version is 9.01.00
Servers are BL460cG6 with QLogic QMH2562 HBAs
Servers and OA have the latest firmware.

Thanks for your help,
