Anyone connected Brocade and Cisco san switches?
Do you zone through the Brocade or the Cisco gui?

Yes.

I think it depends on the firmware you are running, switch model, etc... but probably you want to zone from the Cisco Switch.

There are some interoperability guidelines in the SAn Design Guide...
