Customer needs assistance with logging on to the Storageworks Command View EVA portal

Employee that had the password for the Storageworks Command View EVA portal no longer works there and new employee needs password to get on portal. How would they do this?

Hope this helps!

The (Windows) group's name is "HP Storage Admins" and you use the login credentials of a Windows account since Command View EVA version 6 - can be local or domain.

In older versions, CV-EVA is embedded in the server's "System Management Homepage". In that case the username is "administrator" and the password can be changed with:
> elmsetup -pA:NEWPASSWORD -f

Best is to reboot the server after the change, because several services depend on it.
