Data Center Fabric Manager (Pro Plus) Security Concerns

We are trying to move a server to production that is running DCFM 10.4.1. Upon running a security scan, two issues were noted:

1. 19 instances of a browsable web directory
2. FTP server does not support AUTH command

So...

1. Is there any way to lock down the web directories from anonymous file browsing?
2. Can I disable FTP until I need it?
