Didk Group Deletion

Hi

ON MY EVA 3000 we have two disk groups called
72GB Disk Group and 300 GB disk Group.My 72 GB disk group isnt hodling any data now and we need to delete this disk group.

Anybody can suggest the procedure to delete the disk group and what are the things i have to consider...

I beleieve there is nothing to bother other than data. If there is no data, you can go ahead and delete. All the disks in that DG will come under "ungrouped disk"

Hi,

You should bear this note in mind, when deleting the default disk group, although I'm not sure if that only relates to XCS based EVAs, rather than VCS.
