Disk in "Snapclone in progress" state.

Since 800 633 3600 doesn't seem to be working, I thought I'd ask here.

The disk reports it's in the "Snapclone in progress" state and won't let me extend it's size du to that. I also have a "Temporary Name: Vd Family 000" disk that reports "Operation in progress" with a yellow triangle with "!" in it.

Is there any way to verify that Temporary disk *is* the Snapclone reported by the 1st disk? If so, can simply deleting the "Temporary" disk cure the extend problem?

Tnx & thoughts welcome,
Rich

Did get hold of Hp - they feel that a 're-sync' should correct it, so we'll go that route.

Apologies for not including it. An EVA 5000 running version 3110.
