Disk replacement in EVA4400
I Problem with disk replacement in EVA4400, One is drives dead and i replacement drive at new disk. After I have add in group and see message: EVA4400-mgmt: Operation Failed
The target device is not in the right condition to perform the operation HP EVA 4400
Please, help me!

Looks like a valid disk with a bit older firmware. This should not be the problem.
Could you paste a screenshot when you select the disk details in CV?
What is the EVA firmware (you will see this at the first page if you select the EVA).
EDIT:
I saw your video - there is one loop lost, we need to solve this problem first.
Check the hardware tree what elements are marked in yellow and get the details of these devices.

I have have problem with one I/O module (attachment), may be his dead. On the screenshot i select him in red.

Can you post the I/O module details from CV?
If one module per chassis is OK, consider to pull the suspect module and push it back in.
