Disks discover after virtualisation

Hi,

 

We are planning to virtualize LUNs from an EMC DMX to a P9500 array, using external storage. 

After presenting the virtualized Luns to the server  via the P9500 array is there something  to configure in the host side for the drives letters / mount points ? 

- for windows servers ( 2003/2008 )

- for Red Hat linux servers
