E-mail notification from StorageWorks Command View EVA version 9.03 when warning and errors aris

Hi,

I am running StorageWorks Command View EVA version 9.03.00.100811.

Is it possible to get an e-mail when a warning or error arises?

I would like to get a e-mails when something breaks down, so I do not have to be logged on to the web interface to the Command View all day and check it constantly.

Yes, you can configure HP's Insight Remote Support software on the system where command view is installed. It can send alerts to system/storage admin as well as log a case with HP automatically for potential hardware issues. This software can be used by all customers with valid HP Support contract/warranty.
