EVA 3000 - Upgrading drive capacity taking too long

Hi

I have an EVA 3000 with 14 x 73GB Drives and 14 x 146 GB drives.

I have bought 14 x 300 GB drives and want to replace all the existing 73 GB drives.

I have removed one of the 73 GB drives, added a 300 GB drive and added it to the disk group.

After an hour I still see the Operational State as Attention, Leveling state as Pending.
The Levelling progress still says 100% levelled.

Can someone advise me on what to do? Or is it that I have to wait a while for the levelling to take place?
