You should already have the Command View / Bussiness Copy / Continous Access licenses. You can generate new ones in webware.hp.com, or contact your sales representative in HP.

That does not work for old CV-EVA licenses, because the papers did not include any order numbers. HP had to create special numbers for the migration.
I *strongly* recommend that you make sure you have *all* license keys present (not just the ordernumber - really *do* the fulfilment) before you start the upgrade.
I have seen customers where the process went, err, "suboptimal" - the instant-on license expired and he was without keys!!
